Simply scan the QR code on the visitor badge with your smartphone. This will give you all the visitor’s contact details digitally. You can then download a list of all the visitors you met at the trade fair. This makes it easier for you to follow up and ensures that you receive the correct data and do not lose any valuable trade fair contacts.
- Scan the license QR code from the PDF with your smartphone/tablet.
- Enter your name and email address in the browser window that opens so that you can identify your device later in the Visit Connect portal.
- Your smartphone is now ready to scan visitor badges. Installing an app is no longer necessary.
- Would you like to assign additional information to the scanned contacts at the trade fair using the website app? Then simply create the relevant questions in the Visit Connect portal.
