As part of your EasyGo package, all exhibitors receive one or more Smart Badge readers. The wireless reader on your stand digitally transmits your company and product information, which you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs account, to visitors.

As soon as visitors touch your Smart Badge reader with their visitor badge, they collect all the information about your company that you have uploaded to your MyEasyfairs account. At the end of the trade fair day, visitors receive this information via email as a show summary. In return, you receive the data of all visitors who touched your Smart Badge reader with their badge. You will receive this list via email at the end of the event.
Ensure that your company profile in your MyEasyfairs account (company details, products, and contact information) is up to date.
Your company profile is automatically synchronized with the Smart Badge reader. Visitors receive this information digitally after touching their visitor badge against your Smart Badge reader at the stand.
On the day of setup, the ready-to-use smart badge reader will be placed at your stand on a standardized display unit.
Please make sure that you find the stand with the reader on your stand on the first day of the trade fair. If not, please contact the trade fair team immediately, as the stand and Smart Badge reader are part of your stand package.
At the end of the trade fair, our team will collect the Smart Badge readers again.

Visitors receive your company and product information via email—simply by touching their visitor badge against the Smart Badge reader. Even visitors with whom you have had no personal contact can request information about you in this way.
Visitors who touch their badge to your Smart Badge reader receive their information digitally. This makes it easy to share the data via email or social networks.
If you make your company and product information available digitally, you will need fewer brochures, catalogs or other printed materials. This will save you production and transport costs. In addition, visitors will collect less material at the trade fair, reducing the risk of them “losing” important documents.
You will receive an electronic list of all visitors who have requested your information. There is no need for time-consuming import of business cards or contact forms.
